based on analysis of several control algorithm, a fuzzy control algorithm is adoped to control the surface temprature of inclinnation transducer, and an error correct model is worked out by data fitting method, which is valid within a small temprature range 通過對不同控制算法的比較分析,選用模糊控制算法實現(xiàn)了傾角傳感器溫度的基本恒定控制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,在小溫度范圍內(nèi)采用數(shù)據(jù)擬合的方法建立了傾角傳感器的溫度修正模型,實現(xiàn)了角度的精密測量。
